Sunday night in Los Angeles, the Bears lost to the Chargers 30-13, falling to 2-6 on the NFL season. Tyson Bagent went 25-37 for 232 yards and Cole Kmet had 10 receptions for 79 yards in the setback.

Still, it has been a hopeful few weeks for the Bears, who have won 2 of their last 4 after starting the season with 4 straight losses. Since Week 4, Chicago leads the league in rushing yards per game and the defense has taken steps forward into becoming a reliable unit. Both of these will be tested this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, who just put up 38 points in a win over the Indianapolis Colts and have a tough defense.
