Week 12: Upcoming Bears coverage on Marquee Sports Network
On Sunday, the Bears suffered another tough divisional loss at the hands of the Detroit Lions, this time by a score of 31-26. Though the Bears were able to hang in there with one of the top teams in the NFL, they couldn’t hold on in the last few minutes.
Despite the setback, there were some positives, including Justin Fields’ return as he passed for 169 yards and a touchdown while adding 104 yards on the ground. Additionally, the defense intercepted Jared Goff 3 times and made it difficult for an offense that is second in the league in yards per game.
This upcoming week on Monday Night Football, the Bears face another divisional opponent in the Minnesota Vikings, who they last faced in Week 9, the game which saw Justin Fields with a thumb injury and resulted in a 19-13 loss. Since then, the Vikings have had significant turnover at the quarterback position, with Josh Dobbs coming in for Kirk Cousins, who tore his achilles against the Packers on October 29.
