Williams played 16 seasons with the Cubs from 1959-1974, earning the 1961 N.L. Rookie of the Year Award and making six National League All-Star Teams. The Sweet Swingin’ Williams ranks third in franchise history in games played (2,213) and home runs (392), and fourth in RBI (1,353). He became the second Cubs player to ever be honored with a statue outside of Wrigley Field in September of 2010.

Williams sits down with Myers to reminisce about memories from his playing days, as well as his thoughts on the current game and the significance of having fans back in the ballpark this season. He also touches on rapid fire topics, such as his most influential teammate, the toughest pitcher he ever faced and the best advice he ever received from a manager.
