Bears’ Braxton Jones, Teven Jenkins active vs. Lions
CHICAGO — The Bears offensive line has been through a bunch this season. Injuries have left the team with a mix-and-match approach to their front, with too many combinations in the starting lineup and in reserve.
That, and an overall lack of quality depth, has created issues blocking for the run and protecting Caleb Williams. They’ll have two key starters available for Sunday’s game against Detroit, though, who were designated as questionable on the team’s injury report.
Left tackle Braxton Jones and left guard Teven Jenkins will play in this one, a huge boon for the offense as a whole.

Star cornerback Jaylon Johnson, who was questionable with an illness, is also available for this one. The Bears won’t have Gervon Dexter, who has battled a knee injury in recent weeks. That’s a blow to the interior line, for sure, which hasn’t been as impactful as it was earlier in the season.
One other note: rookie offensive tackle Kiran Amegadjie, who started at left tackle last week, was a healthy scratch in this game.
