2025 NFL Draft order: Where Bears stand after Week 16 slate
As the Bears continue to fall in the NFL standings, they remain steadfast in their draft positioning.
Despite dropping their 9th straight game, the Bears still sit in the No. 9 slot in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Here is the current NFL Draft order after Week 16 (courtesy of Tankathon.com):
- New York Giants
- New England Patriots
- Jacksonville Jaguars
- Tennessee Titans
- Cleveland Browns
- Las Vegas Raiders
- Carolina Panthers
- New York Jets
- Chicago Bears
- New Orleans Saints
- San Francisco 49ers
- Miami Dolphins
- Indianapolis Colts
- Cincinnati Bengals
- Dallas Cowboys
- Arizona Cardinals
- Seattle Seahawks
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The biggest move came with the Raiders win, which moved the Giants into the top spot in the draft.
The Bears are two games up on the 49ers and one on the Saints, virtually assuring them of a top 9 pick. They host the Seahawks on Thursday, with Seattle clinging to a slim chance at the playoffs. The Bears finish the season at Green Bay.

That creates a real possibility that the Bears finish the season on an 11-game losing streak. But that doesn’t guarantee them moving up the draft order, either. The tiebreaker for teams with the same record is strength of schedule, and the Bears .557 clip in that department is the highest of any team in the top 10.
New England, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Cleveland and Las Vegas all have three wins, while Carolina and the Jets have four.
